Container Welder
Our Container Welder is a self-contained, fully enclosed, ready for service, in track or static condition rail welding system designed
for welding short rails (18-25m) into string or continuously welded rail track.
This equipment is able to produce welding with REGULAR or PULCE processing of different rail profiles and metallurgies up to 12’000 sq.mm in fully automatic welding cycle. This is dependent on the welding head model Container Welder having the ability to produce de-stress welding or join unlimited length of welding string.
All welders equipped with unique active force discharge hydraulic accumulator system providing benefits on welding of modern steels.
Fixed Plant Welding Machines
Featuring a robust design and modern control systems, fixed plant welding machines are ideal for intense production rate in stationary (shop) conditions. Also, its available in containerized design with genset poser set which make it possible for easy & fast mobilization and set up even at remote areas.
Rail Bend Testing Machines
Our Slow Bend machines are used to test the integrity of the welded joint on rails. Their sole purpose is to press down the welded joint at a specific load rate. The machines consist of a heavy-duty fabrication with access doors at each end and set up ports on each side. A hydraulic pump unit is mounted on top of the unit, which feeds the loading ram.
Excavator Welding Machines
Excavator Welding machines are ready-for-service rail welding systems. Designed to run high flash point fluid, the units’ cables and hoses are fitted with fireproof shields, which provide protection of the highest standards. The machines also have a diesel engine generator set and an internal cooling system. In addition, to provide a stable welding process according to preset parameters, the unit features an electronic control system.
